What an inspiring night! ✨

We had an incredible evening as a proud sponsors of the No Place Like Hospice Gala last night!

It was an evening filled with compassion, community spirit and a shared commitment to building the new Hospice Centre. We are so proud to support the vital end-of-life care that is offering our community.

This is NOT a Halloween trick, it's a CPAP horror story! 😱

We recently heard about someone attempting to cover their mask exhalation ports with tape to stop air leaks. NEVER do this!

The exhalation ports are critical safety features that allow the CO2 you breathe out to escape. Covering them can cause you to re-breathe this CO2, which is dangerous for your health and can cause headaches or worse.

If you have a leak, call us at (289) 334-4060 ! Don't create a real-life horror situation.

😴 Turkey, stuffing, gravy... it can all lead to the deepest "food coma". But if your loved ones say your snoring is louder than normal, or you wake up feeling anything but refreshed, it might be worth checking with us!

Sleep Apnea symptoms can often be worsened by eating a heavy meal and lying down immediately after. Don't let your delicious feast lead to a terrible night's sleep!

September is Pulmonary Fibrosis Awareness Month!

Pulmonary Fibrosis is a progressive and serious lung disease that causes scarring of the lungs. By raising awareness, we can help people recognize the signs, get early diagnoses, and support research for a cure.
