was pleased to join other community organizations at Councillor Chris Fonseca's Seniors Fair. As Clr. Fonseca stated that at this time of year many seniors may feel isolated, thus a free event like this can offer social interaction. We were serenaded by The Heartland Singers, learned how to do chair yoga, learned about safety from the Mississauga Fire Dept. and Safe City Mississauga. Attendees enjoyed going to various exhibitor tables to learn about community services for seniors, such as Region of Peel TransHelp and Miway bus passes.

🐟💚 Today we were blown away by the kindness of a wonderful local family! On their PA Day, they stopped by The Compass and asked what we REALLY needed most. When they heard we had completely run out of tuna, they went grocery shopping and came back with 60 cans of tuna!

Tuna is such an important protein for our clients, and this thoughtful donation will make a huge difference. 🙌

What an incredible way to spend a PA Day — giving back to the community and helping ensure families have access to nutritious meals. 💚

Thank you for showing us the true meaning of compassion and generosity!
