Today is Parent Mental Health Day, a reminder that caring for parents’ well-being is essential to a thriving family. Parenthood is rewarding, but it’s also filled with challenges that can feel overwhelming.

If you’re a parent, remember to give yourself grace. It’s okay to ask for help, take breaks, and prioritize your mental health. By taking care of yourself, you’re also taking care of your family.

Thanks to our amazing community partners, we were able to bless over 40 families with our annual Christmas Celebration! Families enjoyed dinner, crafts, a Santa visit, family photos, and a new pair of PJ’s and gift for every child. Thank you to everyone who made this possible—your generosity made the season brighter!
