We passed the winter safely, though it was busy. I feel very happy and blessed to have achieved one of my biggest challenges—learning a new sport, snowboarding, even with the risk of another injury after my foot injury.

Now I’m looking forward to spring and another adventure in my life 🌿

Such a great experience this weekend with the Lion Dance and Dragon Dance performances. I’m so grateful to be part of this beautiful cultural community, surrounded by selfless, caring, and supportive people—especially during challenging times like these. Feeling truly thankful and connected.

Very rarely, I get a 48-hour sun layover in Trinidad & Tobago.
My mind, body, and spirit recharged under the warm sun and beautiful beaches.
The next day… back to snow life ❄️
Grateful that I get to experience both worlds and enjoy each moment fully.

Kellen turned 12 on January 7, and he recently played so beautifully at his piano recital.
I’ve started noticing the pre-teen attitude showing up, and honestly, it makes so much sense.
When I stay conscious and grounded, he does too. When I lose that presence, the attitude appears.
It reminded me that the real work is always within myself.
He’s my teacher.
I feel deeply grateful to have such a bright, caring, and intelligent child.
