My mind, body, and spirit recharged under the warm sun and beautiful beaches.
The next day… back to snow life ❄️
Grateful that I get to experience both worlds and enjoy each moment fully.

Kellen turned 12 on January 7, and he recently played so beautifully at his piano recital.
I’ve started noticing the pre-teen attitude showing up, and honestly, it makes so much sense.
When I stay conscious and grounded, he does too. When I lose that presence, the attitude appears.
It reminded me that the real work is always within myself.
He’s my teacher.
I feel deeply grateful to have such a bright, caring, and intelligent child.

Working on my birthday turned out to be an amazing three-day celebration! 🎉 My friends and colleagues surprised me on board, and when we arrived in Korea, I got to enjoy a great dinner featuring one of my favorite dishes—Korean watercress.

On such a long flight, we shared stories, therapy, and life lessons with each other—one of the many reasons I love my job! ✈️❤️

Hiked Bakbong Mountain (백봉산) with my best friends during my Seoul flight layover. The hike took about 3.5 hours, covering a 390-meter elevation gain. I wasn’t expecting the icy, steep trails, but it turned out to be a fun and challenging trek. The views were incredible, and the experience was unforgettable. Feeling grateful for the adventure and the company!
