We are the only Certified McKenzie Clinic in Ontario and as such, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT). MDT has been consistently shown by research to be a reliable and effective method of diagnosing and treating orthopaedic problems. We believe in showing YOU how to solve your own problem with specific exercises and so we typically have patients in for fewer visits than traditional physiotherapy clinics. If we cannot help you within several visits, we will let you know who you should see to get your problem properly managed.
