Deli snack, changed little bit in the original recipe. Interested to bake? Let me know.

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tsp salt
1 egg beaten

1- Mix well all except for the egg
2- Let rise for 1.5 hour
3- Cut the dough into small pieces and then shape it as the picture.
4- Brush the salty biscuit with the egg.
5- Heat the oven to 350 and bake for 20 minutes till golden and crisp.

Enjoy.
