SLINKIFIED: ADVANCED BEGINNER +

This is a sensual experience to deepen your connection to low flow movement. Explore slink-soaked skills and techniques on and around the pole - slip and slide through floats, heelwork embellishments and transitions that look like tricks. Progressions and pathways will be used as a framework to explore prompts that cultivate presence and pleasure.
Suggested prereq: 1+ year low flow experience, pirouettes, chair spin.
Heels encouraged.

ENCIRCLE: INTERMEDIATE+

Elevate your low flow with the magic of static rotation. Learn how to generate and milk every last drop of rotation on static utilizing resistance, weight shifts and contact points.
Fundamentals skills and transitions will be broken down before layering them into spiralling low flow pathways.
Suggested prereq: Confident pole climb, figurehead, shooting star, apprentice and brass sit. This is an intermediate level workshop and while an invert is not required, invert level strength is strongly recommended.

ABOUT SARAH:
I’m a dancer and instructor with a passion for the tiniest of details, tall platforms, and the unconventional. My specialty is in sensual leggy low flow and making your basics look advanced.
I fell head over Pleaser Heels for pole dancing in 2015 and am a certified Liquid Motion, Heels and Pole instructor, my teaching rooted in the fundamentals. The experiences I create emphasize technique, sensuality, and play.
It’s essential to me to create spaces that fuse technique and freedom, dancing for not only the way it looks, but for how it feels.
