Running season isn’t over!

You can still improve endurance, get faster, or get ready for that next race or event!

Here are 5 tips to keep you going this winter:

1. Warm up-spend a little more time getting your body temp up before heading out into the colder temps

2. Dress comfortable! Wear base layers and just enough on top to deal with those colder elements

3. Minimize skin exposure-gloves and proper socks are key! Add a buff and proper hat for those windy days!

4. You still need hydration! Even though the temps have dropped your body is still sweating and needs to be replenished with electrolytes

5. Have a goal/event in mind so you stay on target-need more motivation enter a race or event to train towards!

Lace up and get outside!!

We are excited to share a new 5-week program for those over the age of 55 who are looking to:

⭐ Unlock the benefits of active aging
⭐ Improve functional fitness
⭐ Increase independence
⭐ Lower the prevalence of diseases
⭐ Reduce the risk of slips and falls
⭐ Socialize with a like-minded community

This program starts October 7th and runs twice per week at 11am (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
