Qi Gong for Balance and Vitality
Join this eight week Qi Gong series if you are looking for a gentle way to move your body, calm your mind, and support your overall energy.
Qi Gong is a meditative movement practice rooted in traditional Chinese healing arts. Classes combine slow, flowing movements with conscious breathing and focused intention. The practice supports mobility, vitality, stress reduction, and mind body awareness and is suitable for all levels and abilities.
Classes are led by Paul Condinho, who has studied Gong Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and meditation for over three decades and brings extensive experience in movement based practices.
Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
February 10 to March 31, 2026.
Cost for the eight week series is $160 plus tax.
Class size is limited to a maximum of 8 participants, with a minimum of 6.
