Last week marked my 1 year anniversary of being an RMT🎉

I am beyond grateful for all of your support and referrals. I offer massage treatments in a calm, welcoming, non judgemental and safe atmosphere. I believe massage therapy is an integral part of physical and mental health care. The human body and mind never cease to amaze me and everyday is a learning experience for me.

Good Morning!

I'm not sure where the time has gone but this week will be 3 months since I started treating clients in Mitchell. I am overwhelmed (in a good way😊) with your support. About 3 years ago I had this crazy idea of being an RMT and went through hell sacrificing time away from my family to finish. Did you know RMT's are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and we are a regulated health profession? Massage therapy is appropriate for all ages and can be used as treatment for both acute and chronic conditions. A treatment from a RMT can be an important part of your health maintenance. Hi!
I'm Teresa and I am so excited to offer massage therapy treatments to my community. My husband and I have called Mitchell home for almost 25 years. We have four children. For the past 6 years I have worked at the Ritz Lutheran Villa in Mitchell and in my spare time I enjoy a good book and kicking back with friends around a campfire at our trailer.
I love helping people relax, which helps with pain reduction and range of motion issues. I also have experience treating palliative clients and their families. I believe in individual treatments, specifically tailored to each client.
