Some have been dealing with the snow mold as well, which can create similar symptoms (itchy eyes, runny nose, fatigue). The change of seasons is such a fascinating thing and affects us all differently. Are you feeling motivated and full of energy, or are you feeling “blah” and falling into new/old bad habits?

- going to bed at a good time?
- eating well and steering clear of processed foods?
- moving your body?

OK.. time for an UPDATE!! It’s been almost 3 months now since I have been using the X39 patches. What I have noticed the most is an increase in energy and brain clarity, as well as improved digestion! Another huge win is that I have had ZERO headaches or migraines. I typically get a 2-3 day migraine or headache leading into my period, but this has not happened since I started with these patches! Reach out if you have any questions or want to give them a try!
