Trust is what’s needed here.
Trust in yourself, others, and the universal timing aligning exactly when it should.

Stay open. That’s it.
Release the attitudes and assumptions that block energy from moving to and through you. Open doesn’t mean effort — it means allowing.

If you’ve done what you can and can’t positively affect the outcome, ask yourself: why am I fighting it? Control often creates more stress than the situation itself.

When we don’t feel safe — mentally or physically — we over-prepare. So much energy gets burned there. Redirect it somewhere creative instead ✨

If rumination creeps in, notice where anxiety lives in your body — chest, throat, head. Is it tense? Short of breath? A rock in your stomach? Don’t give it a story, it doesn’t need a reason - that pulls us back into intellectualizing in the mind with reasoning which keeps it trapped. Just notice. Then give it an outlet: breathe, bake, bathe, move, read. Reassure yourself: it will unfold in time, and I’m doing what’s needed when it’s needed.

Healing happens when body, mind, and soul are all acknowledged together. Trauma we couldn’t express (for whatever reason) when it happened doesn’t disappear — it gets trapped because it never came out the other side. That trapped energy can show up as tension, illness, or overwhelm

We don’t need to relive the trauma. We need to let our bodies complete the cycle they never could. Notice triggers. Instead of ignoring yourself, do what past you couldn’t: speak, cry, shake, scream, dance, stretch — let it move instead of pile up.

Healing your inner child isn’t about fixing the past. It’s about showing up now for the past you of any age— as the adult who listens, protects, and speaks up. Be who you needed when you needed to survive.

The Healer appears when you’re already on the path. It’s not easy. It’s messy. It’s nonlinear. And it requires participation 💜

You may be facing some decisions or contemplating finishing or starting something. Sit with it, make a goal - what’s action step 1?

Be aware of your mind and body when moving toward the goal, 9/10 times our mind tries to keep us safe with fear- false evidence appearing real. It’s not a fact. You have all the inner strength and willpower to accomplish anything you intentionally put passion and time into. Calm yourself by paying attention to breathing - we breathe faster and more shallow when we are anxious, it will ground you again to notice and consciously breath slower.

Anxious or nervous energy stems from not knowing something- find out more about the situation and notice the facts, not the emotions tied to it and reassure yourself that you are safe to do it. Because you are completely safe to be you, always.

You may find people are drawn to you because you dance to your own tune- don’t let judgements stifle your energy or decisions. If you want purple hair - do it, if you want to wear a gown out shopping, do it.
Show the world who you are and like minds will find you. There’s no sense in not doing what makes your heart happy.

If people want to spend more time with you than you want, just help the on their way with kindness. We don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings and valuing integrity will show you’re genuine and it stops any unease in its tracks.

You’re a trendsetter, not a follower - judgments from others comes from -perceived- inability to do the same or their own fears toward what you’re doing being reflected- not your problem. Go full fledge into the magic that is your own personal brand. It really is ok - we are all just humans!

The king of swords brings accomplishments and full mental authority. We want to do this with positivity and kindness so we don’t flip to his darker controlling side.

We now look for clarity and logic and being very direct with our needs and boundaries, as emotions can mix us up and cloud our judgement. This could also indicate someone in your life with the ability to be certain and in control of themselves intellectually.

I asked what comes after our accomplishments or clarity - and got 6 cups!

Sharing that accomplishment with others - perhaps even someone from your past! It’s a feeling of nostalgia and comforts coming back into our life - we need to vet these and see if they are good for our mental and physical health, just because it was comfortable doesn’t mean it was in our best interest!

Together it looks like we are likely making a decision on something from our past. Something resurfacing - but we are approaching it with wisdom and not emotion this time. We may be scared of falling into old patterns or needing to tell someone a bit of truth in order to have them in your life again - but the king says ‘not this time’ to those hurtful things.

Step out of old emotional loops into something more self-protective, fair and stable. Clearer visions and wiser minds make things that once had emotional power over us not hold so much weight now.

This card is about learning acceptance for what you currently have and where you currently are.
✨
Living in the present with peace or deciding from here to make a choice to change. When we see clearly what we have and are grateful for the good we DO have - we can make realistic steps toward where we want to end up in the future - when the future becomes our present. This way we don’t feel stifled and set back in our present when the future we want isn’t immediate. Living too far in the future can make us feel like our present is a failure, then we don’t allow joy into our days.

Accept the path you’re on, and realizing some things cannot be changed right now, enables us to make a plan and clearly see where we are. Do we like it? What DON’T we like? Do we need change? CAN we accept things as they are? What is a realistic step? Keep in mind that what’s best FOR you will keep trying to find you. Sometimes it’s just a different decision or mindset that allows us to accept the direction.

Let life flow like water, every twist and turn - navigate it naturally and don’t try and force things. Fighting every day just wears us down.
