One of the many ways we can release the stress building up within body systems ! It’s amazing how our bodies work and how you can take control of your health drug free !

🩻 In a Touch for Health muscle testing session we can come across bilateral weakness of the muscle being tested.
👩🏽‍⚕️We can address and correct this bilateral imbalance by rubbing along the spine in the area of the spine connected to that group of muscles.
🎚These spinal reflexes act like circuit breakers when the spine is overloaded because of the many stresses that occur in maintaining posture. 🧍🏽When we have sublexation we have “less” “light” “action”, which prevents flow of energy which is necessary for a brain body connection.
🌳 Often at the end of a balance you will feel and notice standing with a strong balanced posture and will feel more grounded.

Had to jump on the wagon and use AI to represent a little of what I do as a Touch for Health Kinesiologist🥰

Muscle testing often gets to the root cause of symptoms you may be experiencing and how you are feeling and can help with PAIN, hormones, DIGESTION, sleep, PAST Traumas, fears and food allergies or sensitivities.
When you come for a session you are reminded that your body is able to heal itself - and we correct any imbalances so that your body can find this path without any blocks.

😱Did you know A Touch for Health muscle testing can often help even within 1 session?!

💪🏼Here we see a major offset in the posture while doing pushups.

💁‍♂️My husband has been starting to do pushups and chin ups challenging himself to do more every other day, but I noticed his form was off so I pulled him aside and did a postural balance to correct this.

😱Immediately after the session I had him get down to see how much it had improved and as you can see in the photos the muscles are now working together like they should.

💥Just in 1 session we were able to correct the right muscles so that he can now be more efficient in his workouts.
