I see so many woman doctors and man also now a days stuck in a marriage because of the fear of what it will cost them financially to leave.

It is a major topic of conversation in physician groups.

My take on it is that a marriage is a business contract.
Awareness and risk calculation is key

You don’t actually trust the unknown

You trust yourself in the unknown

And that distinction changes everything

Trusting yourself when you don’t know what’s coming
is a deep spiritual experience

Because it means trusting that you’ll be okay
whether things unfold the way you want
or in a way you didn’t expect

That level of trust requires self-worth
and self-confidence

And the way you build it
is not by waiting
but by moving

Step by step
through small, intentional, calculated risks

Each time you move forward
and show yourself that you can handle what comes
your self-trust grows

And when you trust yourself
you enter a different energetic state

Trust is a high-frequency state

Your body changes
your presence changes
the way you speak
the way you walk
the way you show up

And people feel it

Opportunities start appearing
people who didn’t notice you before suddenly do
conversations open
doors open

Not because you’re forcing anything
but because you’re aligned

Self-trust is not ego
it’s authenticity

It’s knowing who you are
and being clear about what you want

Because without clarity
there is nothing to trust

You don’t need a rigid plan
you need a direction

A plan that’s flexible
that evolves as life responds to you

And the more you move forward
the more trust compounds

Until trusting yourself becomes natural

Because the unknown isn’t the problem

Not knowing yourself is

The better you know yourself
the easier it is to trust yourself
anywhere life takes you

How it all began.

This came up in conversation today and it stayed with me

It’s true
The mountain makes you more present

Coming back from high altitude
I realized how much more I was noticing details

On the mountain you live through your five senses
Your body moves slower
Everything is slower
And that slowness brings you back into the body

I was hearing every sound
The deep quiet
The sound of an avalanche not so far
The soft melodic rhythm of Nepali Sherpas speaking to each other
Soothing
Grounding
Alive

Even taste changes
Food becomes an experience
Textures matter
Flavors expand
Things I would normally rush through became something to appreciate

No internet for days
Exhaustion
Cold
A constant state of alert presence

And in that hyper-alert state
I noticed details I don’t usually notice

It felt like going back to myself
Before the noise
Before the rush
Before the constant mental stimulation

The mountain doesn’t add anything to you
It removes what isn’t essential
And what remains is presence

An abundance of beauty which I call a Lavish experience

Someone said today
If your actions don’t follow your goals you are lying to yourself

And yes
That sentence can wake you up
It can push you back into action

But it can also shut you down completely

Using guilt or fear to move forward is force
It’s not natural
And over time it usually leads back to old patterns
Or straight to burnout

What I’ve seen work much better is acting from a higher emotional or energetic state
Like courage
Like love
Or self respect

Your actions follow your goals naturally
When you fall in love with what you’re doing

There is always a way to bring love into what we do

For me this showed up with food
I stopped trying to eat better from guilt or knowledge

And chose to eat well from love and gratitude

Now when I open a bag of chips there is no guilt
Because most of the time what I eat comes from true feeling of “I care for what I eat “ and conscious intention

Love creates consistency
Guilt creates cycles

I’d rather move forward with honestly loving what I eat as a lifestyle
Than forcing it on a daily basis, whit guilt and fear that Ii am not doing the right thing

It’s not just about the pictures or the videos
Each holds a specific emotions
Some shared with family, my daughters, some just to appreciate the beauty in things , some while having breakthroughs, some just for the sake of remembering that specific time.
So much was experienced
So much was created
So much was learned
Great start
