I employ an elucidative approach to treatment goals: providing explanations and common/likely causes for physical symptoms and how proposed treatment approaches will address said symptoms. I employ various standard Swedish massage techniques along with PNF release, myofascial stretching and myofascial cupping. I am registered with the CMTNB, NBMA as well as every major insurance company in order to provide insurable treatments for insurance plans that cover massage therapy.
