THERMAL ONLY VISITS:

We require 24 hours notice for thermal only cancellations, if you cancel within the 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your visit to the card on file.

TREATMENTS:

48 hours notice is required for any services/packages. Guests who have booked a treatment (massage, facial, body treatment etc.) who arrive late will only be seen for the remainder of the duration of their appointment and will be charged the full amount of their treatment. If you cancel within the 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your visit to the card on file.

Please show up 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete any paperwork and ready to start your service promptly at your designated time- if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show and your service will not be performed.

NO SHOWS WILL ALWAYS RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE TO THE CARD ON FILE

This is the no show policy that has to be checked online before the booking is made.

We are closed Sundays and Mondays, so if you have an appointment on a Tuesday and need to cancel, you need to do that yourself through your online account. Leaving a phone message unfortunately does not cancel your appointment on time

They are booked and busy which is why we don’t promote their services as much.

We do not offer direct billing but we provide you with a receipt that has all the info you need to claim under your insurance plan *RMT massages only* any relaxation services or services performed by an aesthetician or hairstylist are not covered by any insurance plan

Many thermal spas have a no talking policy, but not us.

If you’re looking for a silent visit, weekdays during the day tend to be more quiet however we will never shh anyone

When you book a service at Evolve, it includes 1 complimentary hour of thermal access.

It’s completely optional, you don’t HAVE to use it, but it’s there if you’d like to add it to your visit.

Currently available Tuesday–Thursday
(Weekends not included, and thermal is closed on Mondays for spring/summer hours)

If you don’t plan to use it, simply leave it unselected when booking.

If you’d like to redeem your complimentary hour or upgrade to 2 hours or Unlimited, follow the steps on the next slides 👉🏼
