talking is always permitted at EVOLVE. The owners developed this space post Covid when there was a need more than ever to reconnect to ourselves AND each other.

Many thermal spas have a no talking policy, but not us.

If you’re looking for a silent visit, weekdays during the day tend to be more quiet however we will never shh anyone

So if you’re looking for a place to be social while still caring for your health, you’ve found it!

When you book a service at Evolve, it includes 1 complimentary hour of thermal access.

It’s completely optional, you don’t HAVE to use it, but it’s there if you’d like to add it to your visit.

Currently available Tuesday–Thursday
(Weekends not included, and thermal is closed on Mondays for spring/summer hours)

If you don’t plan to use it, simply leave it unselected when booking.

If you’d like to redeem your complimentary hour or upgrade to 2 hours or Unlimited, follow the steps on the next slides 👉🏼

Did you know there are many benefits to relieving scalp tension other than the fact that it feels amazing?

- reduced stress hormones
- improved blood circulation
- can stimulate hair growth
- nervous system regulation
- less frequent/severe headaches

Because there are so many nerve endings in the scalp and the muscles are thin and flat sometimes people done even realize their scalp is tight.

The actions of massage on the scalp signify to your brain that you are safe which can often put people into a parasympathetic state where your body can fully relax.

Pair that with thermal therapy and you have yourself the ultimate day of relaxation! 1 hour complimentary thermal access is included Monday-Thursdays but you can upgrade to 2 hours for $20 or unlimited for $45

*this video demonstrates headspa experience which is performed by a licensed hairstylist, we also have a relaxation option performed by an esthetician which includes a mini facial but does not include a scalp analysis or any cleansing of the hair/scalp

It sounds backwards… adding wool to your head in a hot sauna should make you hotter, right? It’s actually the opposite.

The felted wool insulates your head from direct heat, helping regulate temperature so you don’t overheat too quickly. That means you can stay in longer, feel more comfortable, and get a more balanced heat exposure.

They protect your scalp, your hair, and your nervous system from getting overwhelmed.

It may look like a silly accessory but once you try it, you’ll get it.

Effective immediately, 1 Hour Thermal (Monday–Friday) is complimentary with any service booking.

Previously, 2-hour thermal access was automatically added to eligible appointments. Moving forward, thermal access is optional and must be selected manually when booking.

If you plan to use your complimentary 1-hour pass — or upgrade your thermal time — you must select it from the add-on dropdown menu at the time of booking. If it is not selected, your thermal spot will not be reserved.

Please note:
• Complimentary thermal must be used the same day as your service
• It is not a voucher and cannot be transferred to another date
• Existing appointments that were booked with 2-hour thermal included will still be honoured

We made this change to create a more streamlined booking process and to better serve guests who prefer to enjoy their service without thermal access.
