There is so much to learn in this message. Do it! And do it now! Don’t hold off on your dreams until tomorrow. Tomorrow is never promised.

It was a life lesson when I lost my father and my niece way too young so I look at life so differently now. As a recovering workaholic, I was putting off the things that brought me joy and passion. I now feel younger and not the weight of the world because I have chosen to do things I love vs things that have been chosen for me.

Don't leave anything for later.
Later, the coffee gets cold.
Later, you lose interest.
Later, the day turns into night.
Later, people grow up.
Later, people grow old.
Later, life goes by.
Later, you regret not doing something...
When you had the chance.

Life is a fleeting dance, a delicate balance of moments that unfold before us, never to return in quite the same way again.
Regret is a bitter pill to swallow, a weight that bears down upon the soul with the burden of missed chances and unspoken words.
So, let us not leave anything for later. Let us seize the moments as they come, with hearts open and arms outstretched to embrace the possibilities that lie before us. For in the end, it is not the things we did that we regret, but the things we left undone, the words left unspoken, the dreams left unfulfilled.

Greetings from the herd of deer at Soul on Fire. They are taking advantage of the beautiful sunshine and the bare grass in the pasture. Did you know that deer symbolize intuition?

I work from a place of “just knowing” and referred to as intuition often. How do you just know and where do you feel this within your body?

Isn't she just the cutest? So very expressive. This will be the first time I show a mare but I am quickly learning you don't have to guess what they are thinking. I can't help but smile when I am in her presence and that's all that matters.
