Inner Core Therapy Hi,
Many of you know I have been a massage therapist and Buteyko Breathing educator for twenty nine years.

We'll soon be living in New Brunswick, but thanks to the wonders of space, we'll be on a screen, anywhere you want us. The Buteyko Breathing method offers a natural way of permanently dealing with asthma, chronic fatigue, snoring, sleep-apnoea and anxiety as well as a variety of digestive and fitness problems.
