With deep peace and a flowing heart. Feel your love. The love you share with your family, your loved ones, your animals. The love you share with humanity, with God, with this world.

Now feel it for yourself.

When dealing with an Emotional Arsonist do not engage. Do not throw fuel on that fire with your emotional reactions. Do not become inflamed or offended or defensive. That's what they want. They want to watch you burn.

Instead have zero emotional discharge from your body. ZERO. Give them no emotional fuel.

Don't raise your eyebrows. Don't elevate your heart rate. Don't tense your muscles.

Blink slow. Breathe deep. Loosen your body. Unclench your jaw. Soften yourself.

Be so unbothered they burn themselves out.

Practice the art of detachment. Become a master and watch them become so disappointed in you they leave you alone.

This doesn't mean become numb or dissociated. This means to be so deeply regulated no one can destabilize you. Especially for someone who feeds on emotional manipulation.
