There are parasitic intelligences that attach to humans. This is fact.

Often filling their host with negative thoughts requesting action. Some people mistakenly believe the thoughts they think are their own. They're not.

Just because you perceive the thoughts broadcast through your mind, doesn't mean they originated from you. Telepathy exists.

If thoughts are of a fearful negative nature, maybe you are listening to an entity who induces fear because they feed off that energy. Harvesting that particular current of human energetic charge. Anxiety creates quite the voltage.

If you're wondering how I could have become ensnared by a toxic relationship, this is helping to explain it. I gush high voltage with my work. The wattage that is produced from being a psychic medium is exquisite!!! That mystical flow produced by being a hypnotherapist is divine. I get a super high charge off my work and love that golden rich bubbly joyful energy.

Imagine the pump jack of gushing energy that I produce. Now throw in how much I love my horse. Any energetic parasite would be highly attracted to that.

People comment frequently about my energy. I often hear things like...I love your energy, your energy is so positive. They used words like refreshing and uplifting. I've had people tell me they crave my energy. You see where this is going.

I became a factory farm producing suffering energy, caused and perpetuated by intimate partner violence. (This is literally the trauma-bond). I'm a cash cow for harvesting high octane emotion!!! I run high ampage naturally with my work peaking to extreme highs. I love deeply and truly and easily. My love runs very very deep. Because the deeper you go the higher you reach and I want to go as high as I can.

I share this with you in case you're a cash cow for parasites. Guilt, shame, fear, anxiety, thoughts of worthlessness or not being good enough. All indicators your thoughts are not your own.

Sovereign up! Immediately. Don't listen to as****es especially the ones in your head., or in your home 😆

I share my experiences with you but realize, I healed. If I'm sharing these stories with you it means I've overcome that reality or I could never talk about it.

• I sleep great, 8-9 hours a night and often naps too. Deep, full, restful sleep. Often waking up giddy and giggling.

• My home is peaceful and beautiful. I feel joy just looking at the environment I created with my energy. If you've ever been in my space, you know.

• I was diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes a few years ago (no sweetness in life according to Louise Hay). Within 10 days I dropped my blood sugar to 4.2. Now it's been a couple years that I officially reversed that condition and am no longer pre-diabetic. I worked hard to bring sweetness back into my life.

• I had a fatty liver assessed at a level of 60 last year and I dropped it to 47 this year (35 is normal. Maybe next year I'll be normal 😜).

• I was in chronic pain for 3+ years including spine, stomach and feet. My spine and ribs were out of alignment due to a domestic violence incident. My stomach hurt badly (could not digest life). And my arches fell and my feet hurt badly (no joy in life). Walking hurt. My body hurt and I didn't know if it would ever go away.

• I've been pain free for 4+ years now and often walk 5-10km daily. At times when I felt so scared and stuck I didn't know what to do, I would walk and say I took 12,000 steps to move myself forward today and that's something.

• I have great or***ms and even healed to the point of experiencing multiple or***ms on a regular basis.....for the first time in my life and it's freaking fantastic.

• I take no medication and am completely physically healthy according to my doctor.

It's taken me years to restore my physical health and it was very successful.

Physical health is the first frontier of healing. When you’re in triage, you stabilize the body first. Nervous system first. Emotional and financial healing can come after.

I share with you to quantify my healing so that you see the results I achieved.

This is your message to heal yourself come hell or high water.

Joy is the antidote to the venom of toxic relationships.

Dark entities cannot feel joy. They cannot create beauty. They create chaos. Like cold-blooded reptiles they don't generate warmth, they can only steal it from someone who does. Hence the narcissist/empath relationship.

It's imperative for you to raise your vibrational frequency beyond the reach of a darkened soul. Sing, laugh, dance, play!! These light hearted joys lift you beyond their spectrum of ability to manipulate. They simply cannot interact with such high vibrations.

This is why it's important not to be angry or vengeful, else you become like them. Instead be what they were always terrified you'd become. Happy without them.

Yes I cut my own hair. Didn't mean to, it just arrived out of comfort.

While experiencing active domestic violence, my abuser ensured I had limited access to money. I did not get my hair cut for an entire year until one day he drove me to a stylist and gave me $100 to get a cut. He was so generous he let me keep the change.

I developed anxiety over getting a haircut and every cut after was uncomfortable. While I worked hard to overcome that anxiety, and have to the point I can comfortably get a cut now, eventually I decided to just do it myself.

Here are the results.

I share this with you to encourage you to do what feels right for you in your healing journey. Work through your trauma. Heal your anxiety. There's no roadmap for your healing but following the comfort helps.

Even though I may not say it directly, those who know know.

I receive messages from men and women who read my posts and say they too have been through domestic violence abuse. They recognize the war from my words.

Let's be clear, it's not domestic violence, it's domestic warfare.

These people target on purpose and just like warfare their goal is to destabilize and exhaust their 'enemy'. They're so sick they don't realize thinking of their own spouse or children as an enemy is a serious mental malfunction.

As survivors, we have chilling similar experiences of watching their eyes turn black. The lies, the manipulation, the deception. These people go through great lengths to avoid accountability and lie lie lie.

Why someone would waste their life and so much energy trying to destroy others is beyond me. I don't understand evil intentions and hopefully never will.

What I do know is that nobody gets away with anything. There is no such thing as privacy and it all comes out in the wash. This life is being recorded and will be reviewed after death. The darkest of intent is brought to light and they must answer for their actions, as we all do.

I'm sorry for all of us who have experienced this and continue to experience it. Even though I escaped in 2022 the post separation abuse continues through the legal system as I'm fighting for divorce. Still.

The wonderful thing is, I am holding my abuser accountable and even a lawyer who helped the perpetuation of his post separation abuse, is being held accountable with significant consequences.

Maybe their lives will become as deeply fu**ed up as mine was because of them.

F**k em. Hard.

(I don't post pics or videos of Rosa to keep her safe and protected during the ongoing domestic violence divorce proceedings. But as soon as my former spouse agrees to divorce me I will once again share my beloved with you. In the mean time you just get me! Just know that I am straddling a powerful equine queen who carries me through this world with love and grace ❤️)
