Last week, we posted about how something as small and insignificant as a tiny sticker started to shift our culture.
In 2024, only a handful of people managed to hit 12 workouts every single month of the year. In 2025, that number grew to 31. No dramatic changes. No big incentives. Just a clear focus on one thing: showing up consistently. And of course, collecting the sticker to prove it.
This type of mindset matters more than intensity, motivation, or being “on it” all the time. When the goal is simply to come back again and again, habits form—and habits last.
To celebrate that commitment, we put the names of those 31 members into a draw for a brand new barbell!

But the bigger win isn’t the prize.
The real success is 31 people proved that progress doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from doing the basics, repeatedly. From choosing consistency even on the days it would’ve been easier to skip.
That’s the lesson we’re most proud of:
Show up often enough, long enough, and real change follows.
