During my years as an RMT I've encountered and treated many different conditions, such as repetitive strain injuries that occur from everyday tasks, aches and pains from sedentary work, as well as people who suffer with anxiety/depression and PTSD. Some of the modalities I use are:
- Swedish Massage
- Myofascial Release
- Trigger point therapy
- Cupping

I graduated from a 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at the Kine Concept Institute in 2004. Since that time I've been in good standing with the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapist, as well as the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick.
