🚨A Friendly reminder About No-Shows 🚨
We understand that life happens — schedules change, kids get sick, and unexpected things come up. All we ask is a little communication when plans shift.
For small, appointment-based businesses like ours, missed appointments without notice have a real impact.
Unlike large clinics or corporations, providers such as massage therapists, physios, hairstylists, barbers, and estheticians are not paid when a client doesn’t show, and that time can’t be filled at the last minute.
Many of us arrange childcare, commute, prepare the treatment space, and turn away other clients to hold that time just for you.
If you’re unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice whenever possible, as this gives us the best chance to offer the spot to another client.
Even a quick text is truly appreciated.
