*Discover Your Inner Goddess
*Reconnect With The Power Of Your Breath
*Experience the Healing Power Of Meditation

Healing community is about holding space. Are you in search of holistic guidance, clarity, and support for a health issue, ready to make a change, but feeling overwhelmed and discouraged from basic wellness dogma? As your personal health advocate, we will prioritize healing the root cause of any stress, depletion, and imbalance to formulate a sustainable plan and practice of care using supportive food, herbs, and yogic exercise. You will learn the integral tools to nourish the mind, body and soul for a full, vibrant life. My offerings consist of helping and supporting you through holistic nutrition and lifestyle habits with the ancient practices of Yoga and Ayurveda. I do not diagnose disease, but use tools and supporting resources to guide you on your journey. I provide healing tools such as recipes, educational handouts, worksheets, readings, lifestyle practices such as yoga, meditation and breathing techniques, etc. While it’s true that horrible things happen around us everyday, to transform the world we all experience, we have to start with ourselves. We can only create change in the world if we first start with our own individual healing. This healing and transformation is possible with a regular yoga practice. One of the most amazing aspects of the human body is its ability to heal itself, but sometimes, it needs help. Healing community is not about putting our problems off on another person, but about holding space for us to set down the weight we’re carrying for a while, and sometimes it’s even about letting others hold and share our weight while we do the same for them. Everybody has issues, and [in this space], we’re all just healing with each other.

**Equitable Access**

Plants for Yoga

Plants can be hugely beneficial during yoga practice as the synergy between the plant's release of oxygen and our release of carbon dioxide creates a mutual harmony between two living species. It also improves the overall quality of the air we breathe by removing toxins (called VOCs) from the air. VOC toxins (or Volatile Organic Compounds) are gases that are emitted into the air from products or processes. Some are harmful by themselves, including some that cause cancer. In addition, they can react with other gases and form other air pollutants after they are in the air.

Anandamayi Ma (was an Indian saint, described by Sivananda Saraswati as "the most perfect flower the Indian soil has produced." Precognition, faith healing and miracles were attributed to her by her followers. Paramahansa Yogananda translates the Sanskrit epithet Anandamayi as "Joy-permeated" in English. This name was given to her by her devotees in the 1920s to describe her perpetual state of divine joy.

We think yoga is for everyone. The health benefits of yoga and mindfulness are well known. If you've practiced consistently for any length of time, you know how it has changed your life. If you teach yoga, you know how it changes other peoples lives. And yet yoga has been gentrified to appeal to only a few.
We hope to change that.

Questions we need to asks ourselves are ;

*How do we make yoga available to more walks of life...
*How do we offer yoga classes that invite more people in...
*How do we make yoga accessible for anyone who is drawn to it...
