It feels weird (but awesome!) To have regular menstrual cycles. Having been able to turn my cycles around from 100+ days at their longest, to a regular sub-30 cycles within the last year has been a huge win for me.
Not only that, but my funk seems way more manageable too.
Diet changes have made the biggest difference, but I'm convinced the environment I'm in and the external influences to my mood and mindset also play a role in my body's physiology.
Happy to be here today, and SO excited to keep this train going.
