🧥 Layer properly
• Base layer: wool or synthetic (NO cotton)
• Insulating layer: fleece/down
• Outer shell: windproof & waterproof

🧤 Hands: liner gloves + insulated mittens
👣 Feet: thermal socks + insulated boots (not tight)
🧢 Head & face: tuque, neck warmer, face cover

🔥 Take warm breaks every 20–30 min
💧 Stay hydrated & eat — cold burns energy
🚭 Avoid smoking — it reduces circulation
