There’s no support like partner support!
As a doula, we are here to provide support, education, advocacy, and so much more. But one thing I will not do is step in when your person/partner is here to provide the most genuine care. In my services, I provide intentional partner support and education, so we are all working together during these intricate moments.

It’s truly an honor to be working with the Doula Service Association of British Columbia. As representation is something that my brand stands for wholeheartedly, was built on, and truly survives on serving ALL Mama’s, being able to find a community where I can serve the marginalized individuals who are desperately searching for support throughout British Columbia, it’s more than I could ask.
My services are unique to each individual and client that I encounter and being able to bring my Black Owned Business to a well recognized association such as DSA is only the beginning!

This pandemic has hit us all a little different and one of my biggest struggles have been my lack of social media presence when it comes to Becoming Mama. It has been a r e a l challenge, but the clients are still here, the babies are still coming, and this world still needs this education, support, & advocacy so my services are to those who need and I can’t let social media stop what I’m here to do, so stay tuned for the revamp & much more to come! Black Mama’s Matter!
As Black History Month is coming to an end, I want to shed light and the importance in having a Doula, that you feel most comfortable with. Client-patient comparability is very important to me because that bond cannot be forced, I want to serve women who want and need my services.
So, I am a Doula, I am a Doula for Black women, Hispanic Women, and all other women who DO NOT know they have a choice. For the Black women who are terrified to give birth, for the Black women who have concerns but doesn’t want to be ignored or dismissed. I am a Doula for those who want to experience the sacred and life changing growth that her body encompasses.

EVERY women, regardless of socioeconomic conditions, deserves the support of a Doula 💕
The positive effects of Doula care have been found to be substantial for women who are socially disadvantaged; low income, unmarried, primiparous, or giving birth without a companion.

Mama’s know your rights.
Your bodies are precious temples that hold and create life.
DO NOT let a lack in education and fear of the unknown limit you from asking what you need to ask.
They are not afraid to tell you what to do, & you should not feel afraid to tell them what you WILL NOT do with your body & your baby.
Doula’s are more than a luxury add-on, sometimes we are the only difference from life threatening experiences.
