Strong, driven, and always bringing the energy âšĄïž You’ve probably already seen her pushing herself (and everyone else) in the REBL room.

She loves lifting heavy, challenging limits, and helping others do the same. And she’s only leveling up from here—currently working toward her Nutrition Coach + Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications đŸ’Ș

Fun facts: her playlists are pure chaos, she’ll go to the movies solo like it’s a sport, and she swears she’s funnier than she is
 but we let it slide 😂

Forte, dĂ©terminĂ©e et toujours pleine d’énergie âšĄïž Vous l’avez sĂ»rement dĂ©jĂ  vue se dĂ©passer (et pousser tout le monde Ă  se dĂ©passer aussi) dans la salle REBL.

Elle adore soulever lourd, repousser ses limites et aider les autres Ă  faire pareil. Et elle ne fait que progresser — elle travaille prĂ©sentement sur ses certifications de coach en nutrition et de spĂ©cialiste en exercices correctifs đŸ’Ș

Fun facts : ses playlists sont un pur chaos, elle va seule au cinĂ©ma comme si c’était un sport, et elle est convaincue qu’elle est plus drĂŽle qu’elle l’est vraiment
 mais on la laisse croire 😂

Class format update!

💙STRONGER will now have 8 stations (bigger AND better) and will be split into Upper body and Lower body days with core.

💙RUMBLE will be 50% boxing and 50% strength. You’ll get a total body strength workout on the weights side and hit the bag on the boxing side.

💙STRONGER comptera dĂ©sormais 8 stations et sera divisĂ© en journĂ©es haut du corps et bas du corps, avec du travail de “core”.

💙RUMBLE sera composĂ© Ă  50% de boxe et 50% de musculation. Vous aurez un entraĂźnement complet du corps cĂŽtĂ© poids et travaillerez ke sac de boxe cĂŽtĂ© boxe.

A new REBL enters the ring! Meet Coach Amanda â€ïžâ€đŸ”„

With a background in competitive boxing, plus a blue belt in BJJ and an orange belt in Judo, Amanda brings a ton of experience but don’t worry, she’s here to support you, not scare you 😉🌟

She’s also a dedicated endurance athlete, having completed an IRONMAN 70.3 and currently working toward a full IRONMAN so she knows all about setting big goals and staying consistent.

Oh and she’s Buttercup from the Powerpuff Girls in her friend group (yes, there are matching tattoos to prove it), which pretty much sums up her energy: strong, loyal, and just the right amount of badass.

You might notice that our classes tend to book up quickly. Spots are limited by design so you get the best coaching, space, and energy every session.đŸ”„

Here’s the good news: our waitlists move all the time.

Plans change, spots open up, and people on the waitlist regularly get into class. Sometimes even sooner than they expect. So if you see a class you want and it’s full, always add yourself to the waitlist. If spaces become available, our booking system will auto-add you to the class up to 2 hours before the start time. There’s genuinely a chance you’ll get in!
