We are Iran—both those who remain, trapped under the rule of those blinded by fanaticism and followers of false faith, now caught beneath the bombs and missiles of other mad leaders obsessed with everything but our lives; and those who left, carrying their entire world in two 30-kilogram suitcases, seeking nothing more than the ordinary life that the rest of the world takes for granted.
I am Iran. Look at me, watch me burn in the fires of foreign conflicts over those I have lost.

Same water, same bottle—only the place changes, and so does its value.
The place you are in does not define your value, but it can influence how much you are appreciated.
Never stay in a place where you are not valued.”
یه بطری آب توی سوپرمارکت ۱ دلاره،
توی باشگاه ۲ دلار،
توی بار ۳ دلار،
و توی فرودگاه ۵ دلار.
آب یکیه، فقط جاش فرق کرده.
یعنی ارزش تو عوض نشده،

and in deeper poses, even open the Throat Chakra 🔵 (self-expression).

✨ خم به عقب ها رو “بازکننده قلب ” صدا می‌کنن.
این حرکت چاکرای قلب ❤️ رو فعال می‌کنه (عشق، شفقت، رهایی احساسی)،
چاکرای خورشیدی ☀️ رو شعله‌ور می‌کنه (قدرت شخصی و اعتمادبه‌نفس)،
و توی خم به عقب های عمیق‌تر حتی چاکرای گلو 🔵 رو باز می‌کنه (بیان احساسات).

Sometimes, cutting a connection
is the beginning of something deeper…
On the path to release,
there comes a moment when you stop fighting—
not to give up,
but to return inward.
Not to prove yourself,
but to find peace and stillness.
There,
where your silence meets your roots,
and your awareness dissolves into light…
you realize:
Balance isn’t surrender —
it’s adaptation.
Sometimes,
in the upside-down,
truth becomes clearer.
گاهی بریدن از یک اتصال،
آغاز وصل شدن به چیزی عمیق‌تر است…

در مسیر رهایی، لحظه‌ای می‌رسد که دیگر نمی‌جنگی،
فقط برمی‌گردی به درونِ خودت.
نه برای اثبات خود، بلکه برای آرامش و سکون.

آنجا،
جایی‌ که سکوتت با ریشه‌ها پیوند می‌خورد
و آگاهی‌ات در نور رها می‌شود…
می‌فهمی که تعادل،
تسلیم نیست — تطبیق است.

مت یوگا فقط یه تکه فوم نیست… اینجا جاییه که همه چیز آروم می‌شه.
جایی که ذهنت سبک‌تر، نفس‌هات عمیق‌تر، و بدنت قوی‌تر می‌شه.
هر بار که روی مت میری، یه فرصت تازه برای رها شدن و متعادل شدن پیدا می‌کنی.
همین که بیای و حرکت کنی، یعنی در مسیر درستی هستی.
