Hearing these words from my clients is the best part of my work. 🌿

These shifts aren't magic: they're the result of working with your nervous system. When we move slowly and consciously, we create space for new neural patterns and let go of old ones. It's about safety, not force.

If you’re ready to move past your limitations and live life to the fullest, I’d love to guide you on that journey. 🐚

Pourquoi ralentir?

Moins d'effort, plus de conscience.

Is there a mismatch between your body and your "story"?

I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on how we navigate the world through our bodies. There is often a massive gap between what we are actually sensing (ie the raw physical data like temperature or muscle tone) and the story we tell ourselves about it.

Most of us jump straight to thinking without ever truly checking in with the sensation first. When we learn to tell the difference between sensing, feeling, thinking, and knowing, we start to bridge that gap. It’s how we move past old limitations and start living more fully in the present.

I did a deep dive into how our bodies and minds interact in my latest newsletter. You can read the full post here: https://neurosomatic.kit.com/posts/how-do-you-know-what-you-know

This is why trauma therapy works best when it also adresses the somatic dimensions

Chronic, delayed, and shifting patterns of PTSD, CPTSD, and PGD were linked to higher levels of somatization and pain, highlighting the need for integrated trauma-informed care addressing physical and psychological health. https://ja.ma/40GHX6H

Ever wondered why so many somatic exercises just feel...empty?Trying every “relaxation move” under the sun, hoping for relief that never really lands?. Most somatic routines are random gestures with zero power for change...because they miss the one ingredient your brain craves: slow, intentional, micro-attention.

Real healing means teaching your brain and body to feel safe again, bit by bit. NeuroSomatic Release is about working with your brain (not against it), using SLOW, gentle curiosity to soften old protective patterns. Slow movement isn’t lazy: it’s how your nervous system relearns trust and possibility from the inside out.

Curious to finally feel calm, clear, and safely at home in your own body? There’s so much more to share. Stay tuned, follow 💛

“If you can choose, you can change.” No matter how small the choice or how subtle the shift, it always begins right where you are. đŸŒ± Sometimes the tiniest decision: a gentle breath, a new thought, a slight movement: can set change in motion. I see it every day when I support others in NeuroSomatic Therapy: small steps can lead to big transformation. You don’t have to wait for the perfect moment. You can begin, right now, exactly as you are.

What's one thing you can change right now?

Stop fighting your body! 🌿 Pain isn’t the enemy: it’s protection that got stuck "on."

Want a simple path to calm pain and anxiety? Try this 30 second practice:

- Pick ONE sensation (ache, tightness, tingle). Observe it like a scientist:
- warm or cool?
- still or moving?
- sharp, dull, buzzing?
- edges or a shape?

No fixing. Just noticing. Notice it cresting, and maybe going away...
