Ever notice how some snacks leave you hungry again 20 minutes later? 🤔
A lot of the time, it comes down to what’s missing. If it’s mostly carbs, it might taste good in the moment, but it won’t keep you full for long 😅
The goal isn’t to cut foods out, but to build your snack a bit better. Adding some protein, bringing in some fiber, or slightly adjusting portions can make a big difference 🧀🍎🥕
Same snacks, just put together a little differently. That’s usually all it takes to feel more satisfied and avoid going back for more 👍
