Dead Bug — Learn to brace. Keep ribs down. If your lower back lifts, reset

Pallof Press — Press out and resist rotation. Don’t let the weight pull you

Suitcase Carry — Walk tall with one weight. No leaning, stay controlled

Small choices don’t feel like much in the moment, but they add up faster than we think. ⚡

Taking five minutes to schedule your workouts for the week gives your time direction. Without a plan, it’s easy for the week to fill up and realize there was never a real spot saved for you. 🗓️

Packing your gym bag ahead of time removes one more excuse. When it’s already done, you don’t have to debate it, you just go. 🎒

Having a meal ready makes the better option the easier one. When you’re busy or tired, you will usually choose what’s convenient, so it helps when convenience works in your favor. 🥗

Getting up and starting instead of sitting and thinking about it shifts your energy. Most of the time, once you begin, the rest feels lighter. ▶️
