Ever notice how some snacks leave you hungry again 20 minutes later? 🤔

A lot of the time, it comes down to what’s missing. If it’s mostly carbs, it might taste good in the moment, but it won’t keep you full for long 😅

The goal isn’t to cut foods out, but to build your snack a bit better. Adding some protein, bringing in some fiber, or slightly adjusting portions can make a big difference 🧀🍎🥕

Same snacks, just put together a little differently. That’s usually all it takes to feel more satisfied and avoid going back for more 👍

Trying to lose weight with cardio? It usually works… at first 🚴♂️

But over time, you end up doing more and more just to get the same results. You’re tired, your body isn’t recovering properly, and progress starts to slow down 😮💨

3 Ways to Improve Your Squat 🏋️♂️

1. Knee Caving In (Valgus Collapse)
When the knees collapse inward, it increases stress on the joints and reduces stability. ⚠️
Using a band during squats helps reinforce proper alignment and keeps the knees tracking over the toes.

2. Depth Problem (Squat Too Shallow)
Limited depth is often due to restrictions in mobility or lack of control in the bottom position. ⬇️
Spending time in a supported deep squat can help improve both.

3. Hips Shooting Back Too Early
If the hips move back before the knees bend, the movement becomes more hinge-dominant and less balanced. ↔️
Box squats help retrain a more controlled and coordinated descent.

Juice, soda, energy drinks, even certain coffees don’t always feel “filling,” but they can add up quickly throughout the day. 🍹

Most people step on the scale and judge their progress off a single number. But your weight fluctuates daily from things like water, stress, and sleep, so it doesn’t tell the full story. ⚖️

You could be building muscle while losing fat at the same time, and the scale might barely move. That is still real progress, even if it is not showing up how you expected. 💪

That is why tracking more than just weight matters. Looking at things like body fat and muscle gives you a clearer picture of what is actually improving your health and performance. 📈
