2 Months Post-Op Deep Plane Face & Neck lift 🎉😍✨🤯

We are seriously thrilled to share this beautiful, early result from our patient who had a Deep Plane Face and Neck lift with Dr. Deane!

The secret is the deep plane technique: it actually repositions the underlying structures (no tight “pulling” here!), which is why the result is so incredibly natural and long-lasting.

ALAR BASE REDUCTION A.K.A “NOSTRIL NARROWING” with the amazing 👃😍

Very often, patients come in asking about reducing the width of their nose, but they’re not necessarily ready for a drastic change or a more invasive procedure. In the right patient, Alar Base Reduction may respond to such a request, as it offers a subtle but beautiful refinement of the nose’s proportions relative to the facial features.

For this lovely patient, we performed a combination of Nasal Sill and Alar Flare Reduction.

➡️ Nasal Sill Reduction addresses the width of the nostril floor, making the openings appear narrower from the front view.

➡️ Alar Flare Reduction reduces the outward sweep of the nasal walls where the nose meets the cheek, narrowing the overall base.

The change is exactly what she was looking for. It’s subtle enough to look completely natural, yet significant enough to create a beautiful, harmonious shift in her facial balance.

🌟Deep-plane face & neck lift by - Just 1 week post-op! 🌟

Our wonderful patient came to us with a primary goal: to significantly improve the appearance of her neck and jowl area. Suffice it to say that Dr. Deane delivered all this and more. 🤩

These photos show the expected bruising and swelling that come with this procedure but the initial contours are already taking shape. While she is slightly more bruised than average, our patient is absolutely ecstatic with her newly rejuvenated and youthful look, even at this early stage.

We can’t wait to share her final results as the swelling subsides! 🙏✨
