🥣 Coffee Yogurt with Soaked Oats (Chia-Style)
Ingredients (1 serving)
• ½ cup (50 g) rolled oats
• ½ cup (125 ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
• 1 tsp instant coffee (or 2 tbsp strong brewed coffee, cooled)
• ½ cup (125 g) plain or Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
• A pinch of cocoa powder(optional)
• A few nuts, fresh fruits, or dark chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
1 In a bowl or jar, mix the oats, milk, and coffee.
👉 Let it soak for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge, just like overnight chia pudding.
2 Once the oats are soft and creamy, stir in the yogurt.
3 Sweeten with maple syrup or honey if desired.
4 Top with fresh fruits, nuts, or a light dusting of cocoa powder.
