We have an in-studio contest going on!!!!YAY!!! Each time you come to class in December, up until December 21st counts as an entry into a draw for 1 of 2 prizes. 1st prize is a 5 pack class card valued at 85$, and 2nd prize is a travel Bmat valued at 65$+tx.

My morning ritual💫
I must have been 7 yrs old when I was first introduced to the healing benefits of lemon water. My dad would always end the evening of a big Italian “full course meal” wedding with this! He’d run around looking for the bartender to ask for slices of lemon and warm water and he always got that odd look 🤨 “you don’t want grappa instead” 🤣.
I always start my day with lemon water and sometimes add a little raw honey from the only honey I trust.
There are many benefits to drinking lemon water. Here’s one:
Drinking lemon water activates your digestive fire which aids in better digestion throughout the day.
These are many ancient remedies that we tend to forget about. Easy, simple, cheap and readily available. You just gotta learn how to use it.
As for the lemon rinds, I put them in a mason jar filled with vinegar to then use as an all-purposed cleaner 😉
