KIPPON is a lifestyle apparel brand based on the balance between physical activity and a healthy environment. Derived from the word 木一本 (Ki-ippon: one tree) and pronounced "Keep on.", we believe that as athletes, one can grow and thrive the same way a tree can with the proper environment and nutrition. KIPPON's operates under the principle of 一枚一本 (ichi-mai-ippon), meaning for every article purchased a tree is planted. Currently our efforts are focused in Brazil where many trees have been cut down over the years. This allows us to raise general awareness of the situation and support local communities. Since 2013, we have participated in dozens of sporting, martial arts, and fashion events all across the world to promote KIPPON and its products with the goal of propagating the idea of combining healthy living and a healthy environment. Up to now several hundred trees have been planted in the south of Brazil, we hope to continue this effort with the help of local non-profit organisations to support communities which help to preserve the natural habitat of the region.Promoting a healthy lifestyle and a healthy environment isn't only important for our current generation, but many generations to come.
