Ce projet, né d'une collaboration entre la Fondation Faciale du Canada et la Syrian American Medical Society, offrira 50 chirurgies vitales à des enfants réfugiés syriens en Jordanie.

Comment savoir s'il est temps de dissoudre vos injections? 🤔

La migration de produit est plus courante qu'on ne le pense. Voici les signes qui ne trompent pas:

👄 L’ombre "moustache" : Un gonflement au-dessus de la lèvre supérieure.
👄 Perte de définition : Le contour de la lèvre devient flou ou bombé.
👄 Projections irrégulières : Des petites boules ou une asymétrie qui apparaît avec le temps.

Heureusement, il n'est jamais trop t**d pour intervenir, même si le produit a migré plusieurs fois au fil des ans. Faire un "reset" complet permet de retrouver une anatomie saine et de garantir que vos prochaines injections donneront un résultat précis et naturel. ✨

Il ne faut pas peur de repartir à zéro pour mieux recommencer.

👁️ Blepharoplasty: Usually the best fit for those with a significant amount of extra skin that can be easily gathered (dermatochalasis).

⚡️ CO2 Laser: Great for addressing fine lines and early signs of skin laxity when there isn’t quite enough tissue for a surgical approach.

By using Piezo to create micro-points of attachment in the bone, we can move the hairline forward and fix it securely in place. This "ultrasonic" approach offers a level of precision that traditional methods just can't match.

At just 8 weeks out, our patient is healing beautifully. You can see her hair density is already starting to return along the incision line, which will eventually hide the scar completely.

✨ 1.5 MONTHS POST DEEP PLANE FACE & NECK LIFT ✨

How many years younger do you think she looks? 👇

This is a beautiful patient who didn’t feel like she looked on the outside the same way she felt on the inside. 💖 She was mainly bothered by the sagging of her face and the natural effects of gravity that pull everything down over time, creating laxity in the face and neck.

For her procedure, we used advanced ultrasonic energy to sculpt all around the neck and glands, which allowed us to release the ligaments and reposition the tissues in a more vertical, natural fashion. 🔝 My goal is to help a patient jump into a time machine and travel 10 to 15 years into the past, and in this case, I think we achieved a solid 15-year rejuvenation. Even though we didn’t add any lasers or extra procedures, she is over the moon with the results.

Notice how the jawline looks now that we’ve contoured glands using low energy that is safe for the nerves and that seals the glands so there’s less risk of saliva in the neck. 😊
