Boosting your strength & mobility, build lean muscle, release endorphins and clear your mind while laughing (and possibly swearing a little) together in the camaraderie of this small-group bootcamp class.

In each class:

• a dynamic mobility warm-up

• deep postural (core) muscle activation

• full-body functional strength & mobility exercises

• a HIIT circuit (high-intensity interval training) to get you sweating and energized

• a mindful cool-down (breathing and stretches to calm your nervous system)

Then you can get back to your day, feeling amazing! ☀️

Running your own busy practice doesn’t leave much time to connect in-person with all the great practitioners out there!

We started these events as a way of getting together enthusiastic, knowledgeable practitioners all working in the field of women’s wellness to exchange ideas and grow our referral networks.

The events are usually lively mix of different professions like pelvic floor physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, occupational therapists, Pilates instructors and personal trainers, sleep coaches, nutritionists and doulas- all laughing and trading stories (and business cards) over a glass of wine.
