Montreal Group Therapy for Depression This 15-week group will be lead by Dr. Luisa Cameli, director of the Emotional Health CBT clinic and Leandra Hallis, M.A., psychologist.

Cognitive Behavioural Group Therapy for Depression / 15 weeks / 1 evening per week / 90 minute group sessions / Receipts available for insurance / Lead by two highly trained clinical psychologists As part of a research study, we are looking at the feasibility of combining cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy in the treatment of depression. You will learn proven techniques to improve your mood by challenging your negative thoughts and activating yourself to engage in more rewarding activities.
