As part of a research study, we are looking at the feasibility of combining cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy in the treatment of depression. This 15-week group will be lead by Dr. Luisa Cameli, director of the Emotional Health CBT clinic and Leandra Hallis, M.A., psychologist. You will learn proven techniques to improve your mood by challenging your negative thoughts and activating yourself to engage in more rewarding activities.
