Here are some tips when looking for community:
1. Ask yourself, what am I longing for? What do I need in my life?
Is it spiritual(church, meditation group)?
Is it relaxing/decompressing (reading café)?
Is it to be more active(sports team, cooking class)?

Seek welcoming environments: Look for introvert-friendly, neurodivergent-inclusive, or non-competitive groups.

Use online as a springboard but bring it into real life: Join community forums, then attend an in-person gathering.

Let habits lead to connection: Use a third space to build positive routines: exercise, learn cooking, group art, to nurture both habit and connection.
