Just because something is common
Doesn’t mean it’s normal.

Painful cramps.
Constant bloating.
Abdominal attention.

This is why we focus on abdominal healing and nervous system regulation in The Blu® Activated massage.

Your body isn’t dramatic.
It’s communicating

Send this to a woman you’d go with 👯‍♀️💙

1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime.

For me, this statistic is deeply personal. My grandmother battled breast cancer, which is what led me to join the Board of Directors of More Than A Cure (MTAC).

It’s a powerful reminder that our health is truly our greatest wealth.

That’s why I’m so honored to be part of the Wellness Retreat at the , a day where we come together to move our bodies, reconnect with our health, and support an incredible cause.

Throughout the day you’ll experience:
✨ Movement & workout classes
✨ Wellness stations
✨ Massage therapy
✨ Red light therapy
✨ Sound bath

A full day designed to restore the body, inspire healthy habits, and raise funds for those navigating breast cancer.

Because prevention, awareness, and community matter.

I would love to see you there. 💖

Chronic stress lives in your belly 😮‍💨

I created a step-by-step abdominal self-massage ritual to help reduce bloating, soften tension, and relax the nervous system that you can steal.

Self-massage for the most common lower belly pains 🫶

Your lower belly holds more tension than most people realize.

Stress, long days, and even shallow breathing can cause the abdomen and pelvis to tighten without us noticing.
Over time, this tension can affect circulation, comfort, and how connected we feel to our body.

Gentle acupressure is one simple way to bring awareness and softness back to this area.

Here are four lower-belly points you can try at home:

➡️ Low Libido:
Place your fingers about two finger-widths below your navel and apply gentle circular pressure. This area is often used in traditional practices to support circulation and reconnect awareness to the pelvic space.

➡️ Cramps:
About three finger-widths below the navel on the midline, gentle pressure may help the lower abdomen soften and encourage the body to relax during times of menstrual discomfort.

➡️ Pelvic & Reproductive Support:
Points slightly lower and to each side of the abdomen are traditionally used to support circulation in the pelvic region and bring warmth and awareness to the womb space.

➡️ Cycle Support:
Applying light pressure a few fingers below the navel and slightly to the side may help encourage circulation around the uterus and pelvic tissues.

You can massage each point slowly for 1 to 2 minutes using gentle circular motions.

POV: You remember that slowing down is the easiest way to regulate your nervous system 😌

Sometimes, nothing is exactly "wrong".
You’re just moving too fast for your body.

I notice this in myself all the time.

Grabbing my phone before I’ve even taken a breath.
Walking like I’m late when I’m not.
Eating while half-reading something.
Folding laundry like it’s a competition.

And the whole time… my belly feels tight.

When we rush through everything, our nervous system stays slightly braced. Not in full panic. Just… on edge.

And that low-grade tension shows up in the abdomen.

Bloating that feels worse on busy days.
A lower belly that feels guarded.
Cycles that feel heavier during stressful weeks.
And feeling wired at night but exhausted during the day.

Slowing down is about safety.
When you move slower, breathe slower, chew slower…
your body gets the message that it doesn’t need to brace.
