Is your home still working for your family—or is it quietly stressing everyone out?

One of my favourite spring resets? Decluttering!

When we clear physical, digital, and mental clutter, we make space for clarity, calm, and connection—and that shift ripples through the whole family.

Here are a few easy ways to get started:

✨ Start Small: Set a 5-minute timer and tackle one mini-zone like a side table, junk drawer or the single sock graveyard (Let go of the dream. It's not coming back).

✨ Take the Easy Wins: Involve your children and start with the easy wins. Find anything that is broken or missing pieces that can't be replaced.

✨ Gamify Decluttering: Set a timer for 10 minutes and see how many items your children can find that they no longer need, want, or use. Keep a donation bin handy so they can watch it fill up—and feel good about it.

✨ Tackle Digital Clutter: Unsubscribe from newsletters and emails that no longer serve you (you know the ones).

P.S. If you're craving more than just a surface sweep, I've created a beautiful, sanity-saving family guide to help you go deeper:

🧼 Declutter with Ease 🧺

It's just $7 and includes room-by-room checklists, decision trees, printable templates, and simple tips to keep clutter from creeping back in.
A calm, organized home is just a few small steps away. You can grab your copy here.

📚 I have put together a pdf list of my absolute favourite books on neurodiversity. These incredible books feature neurodivergent characters with differences such as autism, dyslexia, and ADHD as well as some non-fiction and POV books from some amazing young authors.

Whether in my home with my children or at work with my clients, I love using books to connect, to spark curiosity, and to explore new and sometimes difficult topics.

Neurodiversity is a topic about which I feel extremely passionate. A way of understanding brains that values diversity and acknowledges varying strengths and challenges?! Yes please!

These books are great to foster inclusive discussions with your children and help build understanding and empathy. They highlight the strengths of neurodiversity as well as challenges. They also help neurodivergent children better understand themselves and feel represented in positive ways! 💚🧡💜

I loved this interview with Jessica Sinarski, LPCMH

In a good way 🥲

I loved this conversation with Dr Tamara Soles
all about trauma-informed strategies for anger management😡🧠💡

Tune in to learn:
🧠 What are the “act without thinking” and “think before acting” teams in the brain?
🧠 How can you teach children about their brain and help them understand and regulate their emotions?
🧠 What can parents and clinicians do to help kids strengthen that “staircase” between their upstairs brain and their downstairs brain?

“Jessica has clear and effective strategies that clinicians and parents can implement easily.”

Can’t wait to share this conversation with you. Search for “This hour has 50 Minutes” in your favorite podcast player!

Glad we’re in this together!

Find out which one moved me to tears. I will definitely be implementing that one with clients (and will do it myself!)
