Our program provides knowledge and support for smokers who want to quit, as well as those who are just beginning to consider quitting. It is based on a reduce-to-quit strategy, and consists of a series of 8 group sessions followed by optional follow-up support sessions lead by Smoking Cessation Counselor, Joseph Erban. The program is free, available to the general public and given in both English and French.
