You can’t think your way out of intrusive thoughts.
You have to feel your way through what’s stuck.

When you don’t you’ll always feel like you are swimming against the wave instead of with it.

When an emotion isn’t processed,
the mind keeps looping — no matter how positive you try to be.

Breath is what allows the body to release.

And when the body releases, the thoughts lose their grip.

Nothing is wrong with you or your body or your mind

You are not going crazy, you are just stuck in a loop and the only way out is by somatically releasing it, by breathing your way through it

I always thought anxiety will be a part of me

Bc my dad struggled with it, my grandmas…. so it must be “genetic”

I never trusted myself, always used to overthink everything

I’d beat myself up for everything, not feeling good enough at my job, at my business, at being a mom, a wife, a friend…

All of these happened because internally I was conditioned to believe certain things. Beliefs I saw through my own perception… not the truth about who I was

Those beliefs and emotions created who I was and my reality. I became them.

Till I intuitively looked in and started to shred all the emotional imbalances that were at the root at all of those beliefs

Anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD doesn’t have to define your life or who you are.

They are just something that happened to you, NOT your identity.

I wanted to change that for me, for my son, for my family, to have a better life.

To teach my son how to deal with fear and uncertainty

It’s a sign that something inside of you is asking for care.

Triggers in motherhood aren’t flaws — they’re reflections.

They show you where an emotional imbalance is ready to be seen and released.

When that happens, you stop being a match for reacting from that place again.

Not by forcing yourself to be different — but by meeting yourself with awareness.

Most moms don’t struggle with self-trust because they’re indecisive.

They struggle because, at some point, their body learned it wasn’t safe to fully be seen, heard, or expressed.

So instead of trusting themselves, they learned to:

- scan for approval
- look outside for reassurance
- doubt their own inner knowing

This isn’t a personality flaw.
It’s a nervous-system adaptation.

When emotional experiences from childhood don’t get processed, they stay stored in the body as **emotional imbalances** — shaping how safe it feels to speak up, choose, and trust your own voice.

Self-trust doesn’t come from forcing confidence or “thinking positive.”

It comes from **clearing what’s blocking your intuition** and teaching your body that it’s safe to be you.

This is the work I do inside my 1:1 intuitive sessions — we identify and release the emotional patterns keeping you stuck, so your natural intuition can lead again.

You’re not “short-fused.”
You’re not cold.
And you’re not failing at motherhood.

What’s actually happening is this:

When emotions are pushed down all day
— staying strong, holding it together, being the calm one —
they don’t disappear.

They store in the body as emotional imbalances.

And those imbalances show up as:
• snapping over small things
• sudden irritation you can’t explain
• emotional numbness followed by guilt
• feeling calm one moment and overwhelmed the next
• thinking, “Why did I react like that?”

This is why motherhood can feel like emotional whiplash.

Your nervous system isn’t unstable.
It’s overloaded.

Patience isn’t something you force.
It’s what naturally returns when emotional charge is neutralized.

When emotions are felt, released, and balanced:
• reactions soften
• highs and lows level out
• your body feels safer
• you respond instead of react

This isn’t emotional suppression.
This is emotional mastery.

In a nutshell

Hi guys ! My name is Raluca, which means ray of light. I lost my father at a young age and for years I carried around with me a heavy bag filled with sadness, anxiety and negative thoughts. Until one day, when the bag got too heavy to carry, I found the strength to drop it and never looked back. That was the day I decided to make something good out of what had happened. I became a Life Coach, so that I can give back to all of you out there that deal on a daily basis with anxiety and negative thoughts. When I freed myself from the emotional tornado I was trapped in, I realized how beautiful life is and how we are a soul having an experience. I am now a free soul, so let me help you become one.
