Most people haven’t even mastered the basic kettlebell sn**ch…
yet they’re already chasing complexity.
That’s a mistake.
In this video, I break down advanced and non-conventional kettlebell sn**ch variations—not for beginners, but for those who already own the fundamentals and want to expand their skill, control, and coordination.
Here’s what you’ll see:
– Front Sn**ch – A forward projection of the bell, similar to a front raise, demanding strict control and timing
– Lateral Sn**ch – Moving the bell from the outside path back into the hinge, forcing you to own multiple planes of motion
– Double Kettlebell Sn**ch – Power, symmetry, and precision under load
– Double Squat Sn**ch – Blending strength and fluidity as the bells travel forward before being driven overhead
Then we layer progression:
– Front position
– Diagonal path
– Full overhead lockout
This isn’t random variation.
This is skill progression across planes of motion.
If your technique breaks here, it means your foundation isn’t as solid as you think.
