Because for all of the reasons we arrive here together, we are all following our impulses to be well,✨

Michelle’s Love Story....” I began my yoga story after being lead to yoga by my daughter Dakota.

She took her teacher training and began to teach at a studio I attended. I recall feeling incredibly challenged and defeated after my first Vinyasa class and did not know if I would return, But I did ….week after week class after class exploring different classes and teacher offerings.

I think I knew I was in love with it after so many classes where tears came unexpectedly and I felt different after class. I found my anxiety lifting, my body getting stronger and my resistance to learning weaken . That was over 10 years ago and I cannot imagine a world without my practice.. so grateful.”

February - not quite winter, not yet spring—this in-between season asks for patience, warmth, and care.

At The Light, we love this slower rhythm, using it as a time to nourish what’s quietly growing within us and around us.

Our community continues to bloom, and we’re so happy to share that growth with you. We’re delighted to welcome Kue Lynn, our new Barre Hour teacher, whose supportive presence and mindful strength brings a beautiful new layer to our shared practice. Plus, an extra Barre Hour as we make more space for you on our regular schedule!

As the light gradually returns, we’re also preparing for upcoming spring events—offerings designed to help you stretch into the next season with intention and more connection than ever...
