Hi, I'm Tamara — the face behind Inner Harmony Colonics.
Yes… I talk about p**p for a living. 💩

But here's what most people don't know about me.
Before I became a colon hydrotherapist, my own gut health was a mess. Lucky to go once a week. Constant headaches. Acne. Bladder issues. I just thought that was normal.

Then a good friend told me about colon hydrotherapy — and I went down the rabbit hole.

Two fun facts about me:
I'm actually a huge introvert… but the more I researched colonics, the more I knew I wanted to be part of something this powerful.
And I enrolled in school before I ever tried my first colonic. My very first session was on day one — and it completely changed my life. Symptoms I'd lived with for years slowly disappeared. I felt clearer, lighter, like a whole new person.

I opened Inner Harmony Colonics in July 2020, and since then I've performed over 3,000 sessions. Most clients walk in saying "I'm just so tired of feeling like this" — and leave saying "I wish I hadn't waited so long."

Here's what I believe: your colon is like the first domino in your health. When it's not working, everything else starts to fall. Colonics can support energy, skin, digestion, headaches, brain fog, and overall wellness — not just constipation.

Fibre gets a bad rap — and unfairly so.
