I’m on day 5 of my 30 day challenge to myself to workout every day. Today was taekwondo.

We went hard for the full hour — continuous hand, poomsae (getting smoother every time!), and all kinds of kicks. 🦵

Favorite of the night? Auto bomb. So much power, so much fun. 💥

Wrapped it up with a limbo, and I surprised myself. I did pretty good.

Honestly, movement like this reminds me how good it feels to challenge yourself and have fun doing it.

They say a black belt is a white belt that never gave up Whatever you do, just keep showing up. Your future self will thank you.

• Activity: 30-45 minute walk on treadmill or outside i did a 30 min Walk at Hime class on youtube.

Add-ons:
• Listen to a worship playlist or faith-based podcast
• Optional: Light dumbbell curls and triceps kickbacks (2 sets of 12)
• Breath Prayer: Inhale “Jesus,” exhale “I trust You.”
• Journal Prompt: “How is God calling me to move with more joy?”

Let’s start our week grounded in grace and movement that restores. Today is all about reconnecting with your body and soul through gentle mobility and core work.

💫 Today’s Flow:
🧍‍♀️ Warm-Up: 5 min treadmill walk + deep breathing
🌀 Mobility: Shoulder rolls, hip circles, cat-cow, and spinal twists
💪 Strength: Core-focused movement (try a FitOn Pilates class)
🙏 Faith Moment: Reflect on 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 —
“Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit… honor God with your body.”

💬 Affirmation of the Day:
“I honor my body with every movement.”

Give yourself grace. Go slow. Breathe deeply. And let each move remind you of the sacred gift your body truly is. 💗
