I had not come across this research paper before, even though it was published in 2012.........which goes to show I need to keep more up to date!

But this piece of research probably has some of the best evidence I have seen in a research paper that medically and conclusively proves Reflexology to have beneficial effect for elderly people (who have cancer) who are experiencing stress.
