A before and after of one of our dieters that did the program with us long distance...on her own.... She loved the foods compared to our other products we used to use... And the price is 1/2 the cost so that was a nice thing too!!! She found she may not have been a strict as we would have had her be... But she still got to her goal!!! Congrats
