Unexpected gifts.

Today I attended a full moon meditation class. It’s been an emotional few days. Thank you for the invite Michelle Powers @ FitForLife.

We focused on breathe as we came out of the meditation and slowly opened our eyes. I looked up to the ceiling and saw the reflection of the stained glass window with a cross and all of us lying in yoga mats. I thought “I should start practising yoga again” as it’s been 2 1/2 years.

After the class, I decided to walk by a new yoga studio The Light Yoga & Wholeness Studio to see when they plan to open after renovations. I peaked through the windows and noticed the lights on. Took a chance and opened the door and I was greeted by two ladies (the owners). Today was their grand opening and they handed me the beautiful rose shown in the photo below.

The most beautiful gifts come to us when we are open to receive, give, love, heal and just be. 💖☺️🙏🌹🤗
