Thank you Sole Connectors for the great response for the May PROMO! What a way to blast into a new location!
This move reflects my ongoing commitment to providing you with the healing experience your body deserves. (As well as recognizing what my body deserves.) So far so good!

A few things about the space and the new clinic reality:

It is much more professional than I have been for the last 2 years.
I love leaving “home” at home. And the feeling I have when I leave the parking lot after 5pm is deeply satisfying. The reality of having my home and business connected for last 5 years is that it got rough. There was none of the work life balance that I advocate for. Here’s to a fresh start!

1. We lock the door when we are in treatment.
The door is open as the hour turns. I’ll be watching for you. Try not to come too early. Lol! Once you are inside, there is a cozy waiting room, complimentary beverages and enhanced security cameras.

2. Pre-Booking Appointments
You know how I love a treatment plan. Please make sure to book your next appointment before you leave or schedule online as soon as possible. My day spots fill up quickly, and I want to make sure you get the time that works best for you.

3. Reflexology

This process begins by drink soothing herbal tea while soaking in a magnesium foot bath. On the massage table I will align with a Thai compression technique for your hips and spine. Roll over and experience myofascial blading and therapeutic hot stones on your feet and lower legs that melt and coax the tension away.... Now the foot is ready for the reflexology part… the longer treatment includes Ear refexology for pain relief!

*Relieve plantar fascia, heal spurs, soothe aching feet and, heal other parts of your physical self through palpation of reflex points all over the foot.

This June, I celebrate 15 years of clinical experience with many techniques leanred that reduce stress & alleviate pain. 500 hrs of yoga training + 30 years of experience in physical culture, recreation & wellness fill me with ongoing resilience and creative ideas on surviving life (and trauma) and aging with humor and grace.

In 2025, I will continue to provide advanced therapeutic & prenatal massage as well as esthetics and grow my offerings to expand to medicinal teas, meditation and private movement therapy sessions. Recent and-never-ceasing dramatic events occurring in the back alley of Oxford and Main have provoked some serious thought regarding historic 1011 Main Street location.

As of May 1st, Cynthia Watson RMT, CYI will be located in Suite 107, 54 Ominica Street West, M. J. I will be operating as an Independent Business under the inclusive banner of Hammel Massage Therapy.

In 5 quiick years, Jesse Hammel has created a very successful and down-to-earth family practise. I am excited to be a part of it. Jesse and I will literally be sharing a treatment room for the next 9 months, as cozy as yin and yang, while she nurtures her newborn daughter and attends to her clients on weekends.

My hours will 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday for new or returning clients, as I try to restore my own life work balance and take back the nights for artistic pursuits and classes.
